RULES & REGULATION

1.  TO ABUSE AND HARASSMENT BY MENTAL, ORAL OR PHYSICAL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IF ANY COMPLAIN PROVED AGAINST ANY BODY, HE WILL BE PUNISHED UNDER LABOR INSTRUCTION AND LAW OF THE LAND.

 

2. IN RESPONSE TO ANY COMPLAIN OF ANYBODY, AUTHORITY WILL HEAR CORDIALLY AND PROPER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

 

3. WORKER WOULD NOT BE PUNISHED FINANCIALLY, THAT MEANS WITHOUT SALARY IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO WORK.

 

4. AGAINST WORKERS WILLINGNESS AND DOING THE OVER TIME BY FORCE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

 

5. TO DEPRIVE WORKERS RIGHT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
AUTHORITY MUST BE WELL WISHES AND TAKE PART AS A FRIEND IN CASE OF WORKERS SORROW AND ADVANTAGES.

 

6. TO APPOINT FEMALE WORKERS, ANY QUESTION AND EXAMINATION ABOUT PREGNANCY IS PROHIBITED.

 

7. TO APPOINT OF ALL WORKERS WILL BE TREATED AS EQUAL AS COMPULSORY.

 

8. THERE IS A PROVISION TO COMPLAIN TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY. REGARDING THIS, IF ANY WORKER SUFFERS HESITATION HE/SHE WILL BE ABLE TO APPROACH HIS/HER COMPLAIN BY COMPLAIN BOX WHICH IS PRESERVED IN THE FACTORY.

 

9. TREATMENT WILL BE ASSURED IF ANY WORKER BECOMES ILL AND INJURED. IN CASE OF FAILURE, SEVERE PUNISHMENT WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE STAFF/WORKER.

 

10. WORKERS HAVE THE RIGHT OF WORKERS ASSOCIATION (WA).
EACH WORKER HAS THE LEGAL RIGHT TO GET SHORT LEAVE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. SALARY WILL NOT BE DEDUCTED FORM HIS/HER PAY FOR THE SAME.

 

11. THE PRODUCTION ASSURED BY THE BASIS OF CAPABILITY IN THE FACTORY.

 

12. ACCORDING TO THE PERFORMANCE & COUNTRY LAW TO INCREASE THE YEARLY INCREMENT AND PROMOTION. INJUSTICE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

 

13. TO USE SPOT REMOVER OPENLY IS STRONGLY PROHIBITED.

 

14. EACH WORKER IN THE FACTORY HAS INDIVIDUALLY SELF SAVER (MUSK). TO KNOW, INFORM ABOUT THE ARRANGEMENT, ACTIVITY IS ORDERED PARTICULARLY TO ALL WORKERS AND OFFICERS. JUST AFTER ENTERING IN THE FA CTORY, EACH WORKER OF THE FACTORY WILL PUT ON MUSK AT ONCE
