THE DOOR OF TOP MANAGEMENT IS OPEN TO ALL. TO HEAR THE GRIEVANCES INDIVIDUAL AS WELL AS GROUP OF WORKERS.DIRECTOR/GM (COMPLIANCE) PERSONALLY TALKS TO ALL THE WORKERS AT LEAST ONCE IN A MONTH. NECESSARY STEPS ARE TAKEN FOR REDRESSING GENUINE GRIEVANCES.

CORRECTIVE/DISCIPLINARY ACTION

1. VERBAL MOTIVATION – MINIMUM 02 TIMES

2. VERBAL WARNING – MINIMUM 02 TIMES

3. SHOW CAUSE NOTICE – AS REQUIRED

4. WRITTEN WARNING – MINIMUM 03 TIMES
