3. INSTITUTION OR LOCAL GOVT AUTHORITIES AND CONFIRMED BY MEDICAL OFFICER.

4. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AS PER JOB PROFILE.

5. SKILLNESS (PRACTICAL FOR OPERATORS).

6. WAGES/SALARY NEGOTIATION.

7. FINAL SELECTION FOR RECRUITMENT.

1. PRESCRIBED APPLICATION FORM DULY FILLED.

2. 04 PASSPORT SIZE, 02 1 ½ X 1 ½ SIZE AND 01 STAMP SIZE RECENT PHOTOGRAPHS.

3. EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATE.

4. EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE (IF ANY).

5. MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE MENTIONING AGE.

6. NATIONAL ID CARD PHOTOCOPY.

7. BIRTH REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

8. BLOOD GROUP.

9. CHARACTER CERTIFICATE BY LOCAL CHAIRMAN.

SERVICE CONFIRMATION

1. ON COMPLETION OF PROBATIONARY PERIOD (03 – 06 MONTHS) WITH SATISFACTORY JOB
PERFORMANCE, COMPANY CONFIRMS THE EMPLOYEES SERVICE PERMANENTLY.

2. TRAINEES WHO FAIL TO SHOW SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WITHIN THIS TIME HIS/HER APPRENTICESHIP PERIOD ARE GENERALLY EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER 06 MONTH. IF HE/SHE CANNOT COPE-UP WITHIN THIS GIVEN PERIOD THEN HIS/HER SERVICE IS TERMINATED.
